Return to Prof. Billington's home page Prof. Billington's MGMT 349 Service Management course page. Prof. Billington will not be instructing this course at the Citadel location in Colorado Springs. Prof. Billington will be instructing a section offered on campus in Pueblo during the second half of the Spring 2005 semester - March 7 to April 29, Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 to 8:45. This is a section that was originally planned for the first half of the Spring semester. Due to schedule conflicts, this section was moved to the second half of the semester. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Here is a sample syllabus from Fall 2003. The basic course structure will likely remain the same, but some changes are possible.
